    • In South Florida, the Panthers hosted the Bruins in Game One of this Second Round match-up. After a scoreless first, Florida got on the board with a Matthew Tkachuk goal but then Boston scored three goals with Morgan Geekie, Mason Lohrei, and Brandon Carlo all getting on the scoresheet. In the third, Boston went up three when Justin Brazeau got his first career postseason goal and then Jake DeBrusk scored an empty net goal as the Bruins dominated the Panthers 5-1 to take Game One.

    • In Dallas for Game 7, the Stars look to take down the Vegas Golden Knights to advance to the second round, and in the first period Wyatt Johnston would score to give the Stars the 1-0 lead. In the second period Brett Howden would score to tie the game at one for the Knights. Then in the third period Radek Faksa would score to give Dallas the 2-1 victory over the Golden Knights and move on to the second round against the Colorado Avalanche.
