- In Toronto, the Maple Leafs hosted the Bruins and look to stay alive in the series. After a scoreless first, William Nylander scored his first of the postseason to put Toronto up 1-0. In the third, William Nylander scored his second of the night to make the lead 2-0. Then, Morgan Geekie scored with .1 seconds left on the clock for Boston, but the Maple Leafs got the 2-1 win to bring the series to a win or go home Saturday night.
