- In the lone game of the day for the PWHL, Toronto would come to the Big Apple to take on New York, and in the first period Sarah Nurse would score a pair of goals to give Toronto the 2-0 lead. In the second period Alexa Vasko and Natalie Spooner would score to grow Toronto’s lead to four. Then in the third period Abby Roque and Brooke Hobson would score for New York, but Nurse would score to complete the hat trick and Rebecca Leslie would score to give Toronto the 6-2 victory over New York.
