- After a day off in the PWHL, Toronto would play host to the New York, and after a scoreless two period Emma Maltais would open the scoring for Toronto, but Emma Shelton would score to tie the game at one for New York and force overtime. Then after a scoreless five minutes of extra hockey it would be Natalie Spooner in the shootout to give Toronto the 2-1 victory over New York.
