- In Boston the final two teams would make their PWHL debut as Boston would host Minnesota, and in the first period Taylor Heise and Sophia Kunin would score to give Minnesota the 2-0 lead. In the second period Theresa Schafzahl would strike to get Boston on the board and back within one, but Grace Zumwinkle would score to retake the two goal lead for Minnesota. Then in the third period Megan Keller would score on the powerplay for Boston, but Minnesota would hold on for the 3-2 victory.
