There were two NHL contests yesterday…

Yesterday’s Results:
The Edmonton Oilers would make a visit to the Buffalo Sabres last night and would come away with the 4-3 win, thanks to three straight goals late in the second period.
With Leon Draisaitl’s goal in the second period, it would be his 41st goal on the season and Oilers goaltender Mikko Koskinen would go on to have a solid performance with 35 saves on 38 attempts in the contest.
Edmonton center Connor McDavid would go on to have two assists in the contest, bringing his season total to 59 assists on the season.
Calgary goaltender Linus Ullmark would go on to have 16 saves on 20 attempts before being replaced by Carter Hutton, who would go on to have seven saves in the third period.

The Toronto Maple Leafs would visit the Calgary Flames yesterday and would escape with the 6-2 win, thanks to Tyler Ennis recording a hat trick in the contest with Zach Hyman scoring twice and Mitch Marner scoring the other goal for the Maple Leafs.
Toronto goaltender Frederik Andersen would go on to register 35 saves in the contest and Calgary goaltender David Rittich would go on to register 26 saves on 32 tries in the contest.
