- The PWHL announced on Dec. 26th that the PWHL Player Safety Committee suspended Toronto Sceptres defender Rylind MacKinnon for one game.
- MacKinnon was assessed a major penalty and a game misconduct for an illegal check to the head of Montreal Victoire defender Amanda Boulier on Dec. 21st.

Boston Fleet v. Toronto Sceptres – 7p ET
- In their return from the Holiday Break, the Toronto Sceptres hosted the Boston Fleet in a rematch from earlier in the season, and in the first period Blayre Turnbull opened the scoring to give the Sceptres the 1-0 lead. In the second period Jessica Kondas scored to grow the Sceptres lead to two, but Loren Gabel would score to bring the Fleet back within one. Then in the third period Emma Woods and Kali Flanagan scored to give the Sceptres the commanding 4-1 lead, and while Hannah Bilka would score for the Fleet, it would not be enough as the Sceptres defeated the Fleet 4-2.
