News

  • The New York Sirens signed defender Olivia Knowles to a Standard Player Agreement.
    • Knowles, who was on the Toronto Sceptres reserve list, played 20 games for Toronto during the 2024 season.

  • The PWHL announced that Minnesota Frost defender Maggie Flaherty has been suspended for two games.
    • Flaherty was given a minor penalty for an illegal check to the head of Boston Fleet forward Alina Muller on Dec. 4th.

Montreal Victoire v. Ottawa Charge – 7p ET

  • At the Canadian Tire Centre, the Ottawa Charge hosted the Montreal Victoire for an all Canadian matchup. After a scoreless first period, we would see all of the goals scored in the second period starting with Marie-Philip Poulin’s first of the season to give the Victoire the 1-0 lead. Ashton Bell scored later in the period to tie the game at one for the Charge, but minutes later Mikyla Grant-Mentis would score to give the Victoire the 2-1 victory over the Charge. Elaine Chuli stopped 26 of 27 shots faced to earn the victory.
