- In the lone game of the day in the PWHL, Ottawa would play host to Toronto, and after a scoreless first period Natalie Spooner would score pair of goals to give Toronto the 2-0 lead, but Daryl Watts would score to get Ottawa back within one. Then in the third period Sarah Nurse would score for Toronto, but goals from Hayley Scamurra and Brianne Jenner, and pair of goals from Watts to complete the hat trick would give Ottawa the 5-3 victory over Toronto.
