- Montreal would play host to Ottawa for an all Canadian matchup in the PWHL, and in the first period Tereza Vanisova would open the scoring for Montreal, but Akane Shiga would net her first career PWHL goal for Ottawa to tie the game at one. In the second period Claire Dalton would score for Montreal to take the 2-1 lead. Then in the third period Daryl Watts and Katerina Mrazova would score for Ottawa, but Dalton would net two more goals to complete the hat trick, and both Ann-Sophie Bettez and Maureen Murphy would score to give Montreal the 6-3 victory over Ottawa.
