- The Toronto Maple Leafs, Anaheim Ducks, and Carolina Hurricanes would be part of a three team trade.
- The Leafs acquired defenseman Ilya Lybushkin and the rights to forward Kirill Slepets.
- The Ducks acquired Toronto’s 2025 3rd Round Pick.
- The Hurricanes acquired Toronto’s 2024 6th Round Pick.
- Anaheim retained 50% of Lybushkin’s initial salary when trading him to Carolina.
- Carolina would retain 50% of Lybushkin’s remaining salary when trading him to Toronto.

- The NHL announced that they have named Carolina Hurricanes goaltender Pyotr Kochetkov Rookie of the Month for February.

- The NHL Department of Player Safety would announce a pair of fines stemming from Thursday night’s game between Nashville and Minnesota.
- Both Wild forward Mats Zuccarello and Predators forward Michael McCarron would be fined $2,000 each for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Arizona Coyotes v. Ottawa Senators – 7p ET
- In Ottawa the Arizona Coyotes would come to town to take on the Senators, and in the first period Michael Carcone, JJ Moser, and Nick Schmaltz would score to give the Yotes the 3-0 lead, but Vladimir Tarasenko would score to get the Sens on the board. In the second period Drake Batherson and Shane Pinto would score to tie the game at three for the Sens. Then in the third period Dylan Guenther and Matias Maccelli would score to give the Coyotes the 5-3 victory over the Senators.

Philadelphia Flyers v. Washington Capitals – 7p ET
- In Washington DC the Capitals would play host to the Philadelphia Flyers in a huge Metropolitan Division matchup, and in the first period Bobby Brink and Owen Tippett would score to give the Flyers the 2-0 lead. In the second period Alex Ovechkin would strike for goal number 839, and goals from Sonny Milano and John Carlson would give the Caps the 3-2 lead. Then in the third period Anthony Mantha and Dylan Strome would score to give the Capitals the 5-2 victory over the Flyers.
