Vegas Golden Knights v. Seattle Kraken – 3p ET – 2024 NHL Winter Classic at T-Mobile Park
- In the lone game of the day in the NHL, we would go outdoors as the Seattle Kraken would play host to the Vegas Golden Knights at T-Mobile Park for the Winter Classic, and in the first period Eeli Tolvanen would score to give the Kraken the 1-0 lead. In the second period Will Borgen would net his first of the season to grow the Kraken’s lead to two. Then in the third period Yanni Gourde would get a lucky break to give the Kraken the 3-0 victory over the Golden Knights. Joey Daccord would record 35 saves for the first shutout in Winter Classic history.
