- The Buffalo Sabres announced that they have signed defenseman Rasmus Dahlin.
- Dahlin signed an eight year extension with an AAV of $11 million per season.

- The Tampa Bay Lightning announced that they have signed forward Austin Watson.
- Watson signed a one year deal with an AAV of $776,665 for the season.

- The Winnipeg Jets announced contract extensions for both forward Mark Scheifele and goaltender Connor Hellebuyck.
- Both Scheifele and Hellebuyck would sign seven year deals with an AAV of $8.5 million per season

- The 2023-24 NHL season is almost here as all 32 teams submit their official rosters before the 5p ET deadline on Tuesday.
- Despite rosters being submitted, once approved a lot of teams will make additional moves to finalize their rosters before playing in their first game.
