- On Monday, June 2nd, the NHL announced that Florida Panthers forward Aleksander Barkov as the winner of the 2025 Frank J. Selke Trophy, and the 2025 King Clancy Memorial Trophy.
- This is the third Selke win for Barkov making him the 7th player to do so.
- On Monday, June 2nd, forward Jesper Fast announced his retirement.
- Fast played for the New York Rangers and Carolina Hurricanes, and missed the entire 2024-25 season after having neck surgery in August 2024.
- On Tuesday, June 3rd, the Philadelphia Flyers announced they have re-signed forward Noah Cates.
- Cates signed a four-year deal with an AAV of $4 million per season.
