Today the National Hockey League announced their Three Stars of the Week for the week of January 29th through February 4th.
First Star – Auston Matthews (C – TOR)
- Auston Matthews would record two goals and two assists for four points in two games played during the NHL All Star Game, which would also see him take All Star MVP honors.


Second Star – Connor McDavid (C – EDM)
- Connor McDavid would score a goal and record two assists for three points in two games played during the NHL All Star Game. McDavid would also win the reformatted All Star Skills competition, which he helped create.


Third Star – Alex DeBrincat (RW – DET)
- Alex DeBrincat would play in his 500th career NHL game on Jan. 31st. He then go on to record three goals and three assists for six points in two games played during the All Star Game.
