  • The Vegas Golden Knights announced that forward Mark Stone is out due to injury.
    • Stone is out week to week with an upper body injury.

  • The Pittsburgh Penguins and Columbus Blue Jackets would make a trade.
    • The Penguins would acquire forward Emil Bemstrom.
    • The Blue Jackets would acquire forward Alex Nylander and a Conditional 2026 6th Rd Pick.

Florida Panthers v. Carolina Hurricanes – 7p ET

  • In Raleigh, the Hurricanes welcomed the Panthers and after a scoreless first and second, Sebastian Aho scored his 21st of the year late in the third as the Hurricanes got the 1-0 win over the Panthers.

Colorado Avalanche v. Detroit Red Wings – 7p ET

  • In Detroit, the Red Wings welcomed the Avalanche back to the Motor City and after a scorless first, Colorado took the 1-0 lead when Nathan MacKinnon scored his 34th of the year. In the third, Detroit tied the game with a power play goal from Dylan Larkin. In the overtime session, Patrick Kane scored the game winner to give the Red Wings the 2-1 win over the Avalanche.

New York Rangers v. New Jersey Devils – 7p ET

  • In the Garden State, the Devils hosted the Rangers and in the first New York took the 1-0 lead with a power play goal from Mika Zibanejad and then Alexis Lafrenière scored his 15th of the year to put the Blueshirts up 2-0. In the second, New York took the 3-0 lead as Chris Kreider netted his 29th of the year and then Alexis Lafrenière went on to score his second of the night to make it a 4-0 Ranger lead. In the third, Vincent Trocheck scored his 20th of the year to make it a 5-0 New York lead and then New Jersey finally got on the board when Jack Hughes scored his 18th of the year. However, the Rangers stood pat and defeated the Devils 5-1.

Dallas Stars v. Ottawa Senators – 7p ET

  • In Ottawa, the Senators hosted the Stars and in the first Ottawa took the 1-0 lead when Josh Norris scored his 14th of the year but then Dallas tied the game when Joe Pavelski scored his 20th of the year. In the second, Josh Norris scored his second of the night to give the Sens the 2-1 lead and then Thomas Chabot scored his fourth of the year to put Ottawa up two. Then, Shane Pinto scored his fourth on the power play, and following a scoreless third, the Senators held on to down the Stars 4-1.

Montreal Canadiens v. Pittsburgh Penguins – 7p ET

  • In the Steel City, the Penguins hosted the Canadiens and in the first Montreal took the 1-0 lead when Mike Matheson scored his eighth of the year but then Pittsburgh evened the scored when Kris Letang scored his fifth of the year. In the second, Bryan Rust scored a power play goal to put the Pens in the lead and then Drew O’Connor scored his eighth of the year to give Pittsburgh the two goal lead. Then in the third, Bryan Rust scored his second of the night with an empty netter to give the Penguins the 4-1 win over the Canadiens.

Washington Capitals v. Tampa Bay Lightning – 7p ET

  • In Tampa, the Lightning hosted the Capitals and in the first Washington took the 1-0 lead when Nicolas Aube-Kubel scored his sixth and then Connor McMichael’s 11th of the eyar put Washington up 2-0. In the second, Brandon Hagel scored his 21st to put Tampa on the board but then Anthony Mantha struck with his 18th to put the Caps back up two. In the third, Nicholas Paul scored his 15th to bring Tampa within a goal and then Tyler Motte scored his fifth as Tampa Bay tied the contest. Then, Washington took the 4-3 lead when Rasmus Sandin scored his third of the year and then Connor McMichael scored the empty netter, good for his second goal of the night, as the Capitals struck down the Lightning for the 5-3 win.

New York Islanders v. St. Louis Blues – 8p ET

  • In St. Louis, the Blues hosted the Islanders and after a scoreless first, St. Louis took the 1-0 lead with a power play goal from Brandon Saad and then Pavel Buchnevich scored a pair of goals as the Blues took the 3-0 lead. In the third, Pavel Buchnevich scored an empty netter, thus clinching the hat trick, to give the Blues the 4-0 shutout victory over the Islanders.
