The Carolina Hurricanes have brought back the Storm Surge for all home victories!
After their 4-3 shootout victory Dougie Hamilton, who scored the lone goal of the shootout, would lead the “Bunch of Jerks” in their first Storm Surge celebration of the 2019-20 season.
