Game Recaps

Montreal Canadiens v. Columbus Blue Jackets – 7p ET
- In Columbus the Blue Jackets would play host to the Montreal Canadiens, and after a scoreless first period both team would trade a pair of goals as Patrik Laine and Yegor Chinakov would score for the Jackets while Alex Newhook and Cole Caufield would score for the Habs for the 2-2 tie. Then in the third period Joel Armia and Gustav Lindstrom would score to give the Canadiens the 4-2 victory over the Blue Jackets.

Detroit Red Wings v. New York Rangers – 730p ET
- At Madison Square Garden the New York Rangers would play host to the Detroit Red Wings for an Original Six matchup, and after a scoreless first period Artemi Panarin would open the scoring for the Rangers, but goals from Moritz Seider and Robby Fabbri would give the Wings the 2-1 lead. Then in the third period K’Andre Miller and Jimmy Vesey would score to give the Rangers the 3-2 victory over the Red Wings.
