- Monroe’s second year of her deal will now see her paid $105,000 for the 2023-24 season.

- Both players signed one year deals.

- The Minnesota Whitecaps announced that the have signed forward Brooke Bryant to a two year deal.

- The NHL Department of Player Safety announced sanctions against the Edmonton Oilers.
- Oilers defenseman Darnell Nurse has been suspended for one game for instigating in the final five minutes of regulation on Wednesday night.
- The suspension for Nurse is an automatic one game per rule 46.21.
- Nurse will miss Game 5 on Friday night in Vegas.
- Oilers head coach Jay Woodcroft was also fined $10,000 under rule 46.21.

- Pietrangelo would be suspended for one game for slashing Oilers forward Leon Draisaitl on Wednesday night.
- Pietrangelo will miss Game 5 on Friday night in Vegas.

- New Jersey Devils v. Carolina Hurricanes – 7p ET – Game 5
- In Raleigh, the Hurricanes look to advance to the East Final and in the first Dawson Mercer’s third gives New Jersey the 1-0 lead. In the second, Jaccob Slavin’s second ties the contest for Carolina but then Timo Meier’s second gives the Devils the 2-1 lead. Brent Burns then scores his second to tie the game for Carolina once more. Then, in overtime, Jesper Fast nets his fifth as the Hurricanes get the 3-2 win over the Devils and advance to the Eastern Conference Final.

- Seattle Kraken v. Dallas Stars – 930p ET – Game 5
- In Dallas, the Stars and Kraken each look to take the 3-2 series lead and in the first Dallas gets a pair of goals when Wyatt Johnston scores his third and then Roope Hintz nets his seventh. In the second, Joe Pavelski scores his seventh to give Dallas the 3-2 lead but then Seattle gets a pair when Adam Larsson nets his second and Jared McCann gets his first. Then, in the third Roope Hintz gets his second of the night and Radek Faksa gets his first as the Stars get the 5-2 win and take the 3-2 series lead over the Kraken.
