- The NHL Department of Player Safety doled out a pair of fines stemming from Monday night’s game between the Dallas Stars and Vancouver Canucks.
- First DOPS would fine Canucks defenseman Christian Wolanin.
- Wolanin would be fined $2,027.03 for slashing Stars foward Ty Dellandrea.

- NHL DOPS announced that they have suspended New York Rangers defenseman K’Andre Miller.
- Miller would be suspended three games for unsportsmanlike conduct after spitting on Los Angeles Kings defenseman Drew Doughty on Sunday.
- Miller will forfeit $15,000 based on his average annual salary under the terms of the CBA.

- In Ottawa the Detroit Red Wings would come to town to face the Senators, and in the first period Dominik Kubalik would score to give the Wings the 1-0 lead, but Tim Stutzle would score on a penalty shot, Austin Watson would score a pair of goals and Alex DeBrincat would score to give the Sens the 4-1 lead. In the second period Claude Giroux would score to grow the Sens lead to four. Then in the third period Brady Tkachuk would score to give the Senators the 6-1 victory over the Red Wings.


- Florida Panthers v. Tampa Bay Lightning – 7p ET
- In Tampa Bay for the fourth and final Battle of Florida the Lightning would host the Panthers, and in the first period Eric Staal, Anton Lundell, and Eetu Luostarinen would score to give the Panthers the 3-0 lead. In the second period Brayden Point would score to get the Bolts on the board. However, Eric Robinson would score to give the Jackets the lead back before the end of the first period. In the second period Robinson would net his second of the game and Boone Jenner would score to grow the Jackets lead to three. Then in the third period Jack Quinn and JJ Peterka would score for the Sabres, but Robinson would complete the hat trick to give the Blue Jackets the 5-3 victory over the Sabres.


- Los Angeles Kings v. Winnipeg Jets – 8p ET
- In Winnipeg the Jets would play host to the Los Angeles Kings, and in the first period Josh Morrissey would score a pair of goals to give the Jets the 2-0 lead. In the second period Anze Kopitar would score a hat trick for the Kings, but a goal from Kyle Connor and a pair of goals from Kevin Stenlund would give the Jets the 5-3 lead. Then in the third period Kopitar would net his fourth of the game and Gabriel Vilardi would score to tie the game at five for the Kings to force overtime. After a scoreless five minutes of extra hockey it would be Adrian Kempe with the shootout winner as the Kings would defeat the Jets 6-5.


- New York Islanders v. Minnesota Wild – 8p ET
- In Minnesota the Wild would play host to the New York Islanders, and in the first period Josh Bailey would open the scoring for the Isles, but Ryan Reaves would score to tie the game at one for the Wild. Then after a scoreless second and third period we would need overtime, but the extra frame would not be enough as it would be Frederick Gaudreau with the shootout winner to give the Wild the 2-1 victory over the Islanders.


- Pittsburgh Penguins v. Nashville Predators – 8p ET
- In Nashville the Pittsburgh Penguins would come to town to battle the Predators, and after a scoreless 40 minutes of action Mark Jankowski would score to give the Preds the 1-0 lead, but Sidney Crosby, Jason Zucker, and Bryan Rust would score to give the Pens the 3-1 victory over the Predators.


- Seattle Kraken v. St. Louis Blues – 8p ET
- In St. Louis the Blues would go to battle with the Seattle Kraken, and in the first period Morgan Geekie would score to give the Kraken the 1-0 lead. In the second period Robert Thomas and Brandon Saad would score for the Blues, but a goal from Jared McCann and Geekie’s second of the game would give the Kraken the 3-2 lead. Then in the third period Pavel Buchnevich would score for the Blues, but Jamie Oleksiak and Branden Tanev would score to give the Kraken the 5-3 over the Blues.


- Boston Bruins v. Calgary Flames – 9p ET
- In Calgary the Flames would go to battle with the Boston Bruins, and in the first period Dmitry Orlov would record his first two goals as a Bruin to give the B’s the 2-0 lead. In the second period Blake Coleman would score for the Flames to cut their deficit to one. Then in the third period Dillon Dube and Jonathan Huberdeau would score for the Flames to take the 3-2 lead, but Pavel Zacha would score to tie the game at three to force overtime for the B’s. In the extra frame it Would be Charlie McAvoy in the final seconds to give the Bruins the 4-3 victory over the Flames.


- Chicago Blackhawks v. Arizona Coyotes – 9p ET
- In Arizona the Chicago Blackhawks would come to town to take on the Coyotes, and in the first period Travis Boyd and Barrett Hayton would score to give the Yotes the 2-0 lead. In the second period Jack McBain would score to grow the yotes lead to three. Then in the third period Andreas Athanasiou would score for the Blackhawks, but Nick Schmaltz would score to give the Coyotes the 4-1 victory over the Blackhawks.


- Montreal Canadiens v. San Jose Sharks – 1030p ET
- In San Jose the Sharks would play host to the Montreal Canadiens, and in the first period Jacob MacDonald would score to give the Sharks the 1-0 lead.
