Game Recaps

- Montreal Canadiens v. New York Rangers – 5p ET
- In an Original Six match-up on Broadway, the Rangers and Canadiens faceoff. After a scoreless first, Montreal’s Kirby Dach nets his eighth goal of the year on a Canadiens power play but then the Rangers tie it up when Artemi Panarin scores his 12th of the season. In the third, Cole Caufield scores his 26th of the season as the Canadiens go on to defeat the Rangers 2-1.


- Vancouver Canucks v. Carolina Hurricanes – 5p ET
- In Raleigh, the Hurricanes welcome the Canucks. In the first, Carolina gets a pair of goals when Paul Stastny nets is third of the year and then Jordan Martinook scores his 10th to give the Canes the 2-0 lead. In the second, Ethan bear nets his third of the year to put the Canucks on the board. In the third, J.T. Miller’s 14th of the year ties the game for Vancouver but then Sebastian Aho nets his 14th to give Carolina the 3-2 lead. Then, Brock Boeser’s ninth of the year makes this a 3-3 game. Going into the shootout, Elias Pettersson scores the second goal for Vancouver and gives the Canucks the 4-3 win over the Hurricanes.


- Arizona Coyotes v. Winnipeg Jets – 7p ET
- In Winnipeg, the Jets host the Coyotes. After a scoreless first, Winnipeg gets on the board when Pierre-Luc Dubois scores a power play goal, his 20th of the season but then Arizona ties it up when Clayton Keller scores his 15th of the year. Blake Wheeler then scores his 11th of the season to give the Jets the 2-1 win over the Coyotes after a scoreless third.
