    1. Kincaid has struggled, put everything on net and get to the dirty places to get rebounds.
  2. Speed
    1. Speed have to use it force the defence back. Force the Devils strong offensive players to play top notch defence
  3. Kasperi Kapanen
    1. Kapanen is not seeing any powerplay time, over the likes of Johnsson, Nylander, Marleau, Kadri yet has been the better player all season. In fact he has been demoted and still has shown that even when he doesn’t score he shows up every night

Analysis

Zach Hyman inserted back into the lineup after returning from injury and he makes a difference already with his hard forecheck and his ability to dig pucks out. John Tavares steps up to score 2 goals in the first as the Leafs dominate the Devils in the opening frame.

Need to Do:

Don’t take your foot off the gas pedal. Keep applying the pressure.

Leafs dominate most of the 2nd but take their foot off the gas pedal. Michael Hutchinson let’s in a goal that he needed to control the rebound on but the Leafs still ahead 3-2.

Pressure the defence don’t sit back play in the offensive zone
