Carolina Hurricanes v. Florida Panthers – 8p ET – Game 3
- In Florida for Game 3, the Carolina Hurricanes look to the road to regain their winning ways as they battle the Panthers, and in the first period Niko Mikkola scored to give the Panthers the 1-0 lead. In the second period Logan Stankoven scored while on the powerplay to tie the game at one for the Hurricanes. Then in the third period the Panthers would unleash a scoring frenzy as Jesper Boqvist, Mikkola, Aleksander Barkov (twice), and Brad Marchand would all score to give the Panthers the 6-1 lead. Seth Jarvis would score after giving up five straight, but it would be too little too late as the Panthers would take Game 3 6-2 over the Hurricanes and take the commanding 3-0 series lead.
