- In Dallas for Game 6, Mark Scheifele looks to inspire the Winnipeg Jets to victory over the Stars after the passing of his father earlier in the day, and after a scoreless first period Scheifele would score his fifth of the playoffs to give the Jets the 1-0 lead, but Sam Steel would score to tie the game at one for the Stars. Then after a scoreless third period, Thomas Harley would score on the powerplay 1:33 into the extra frame to give the Stars the 2-1 overtime victory over the Jets to win the series 4-2 and advance to the Western Conference Final
