Edmonton Oilers v. Vancouver Canucks – Game 7 – 9p ET
In Game 7 in Vancouver, both teams looked to advance to the Western Conference Final. After a scoreless first, Cody Ceci scored his second to put Edmonton in the lead and then Zach Hyman scored his 11th to put the Oilers up 2-0. Ryan Nugent-Hopkins then connected on the power play to put Edmonton up 3-0. In the third, Conor Garland got Vancouver on the board and then Filip Hronek got his first of the postseason. However, the Oilers held on as they defeated the Canucks 3-2 and advanced to the Western Conference Final to take on the Dallas Stars.
In the first game of the PWHL Finals, Boston would claim Game 1 in a high scoring affair with Minnesota for the 1-0 series lead.

Minnesota v. Boston – Game 1 – 5p ET
The PWHL Finals would begin as Boston would play host to Minnesota for Game 1, and in the first period Michela Cava would open the scoring for Minnesota, but Susanna Tapani would strike to tie the game at one for Boston. In the second period Taylor Heise would net a pair of goals for Minnesota, but goals from Taylor Wenczkowski, Hannah Brandt, and Jess Healey would score to give Boston the 4-3 lead. Then it would be a scoreless third period as Boston would hold on to defeat Minnesota the 4-3 victory to take Game 1.
Both Boston and Minnesota are preparing for the 2024 PWHL Finals which begins on Sunday evening in Boston.

In Edmonton for Game 6, the Oilers would look to force a Game 7 against the Vancouver Canucks, and in the first period Dylan Holloway would open the scoring for the Oilers, but Nils Hoglander would score to tie the game at one for the Canucks. In the second period Zach Hyman and Evan Bouchard would score to give the Oilers the 3-1 lead. Then in the third period Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Evander Kane would score to give the Oilers the 5-1 victory over the Canucks to force Game 7 on Monday night.

Then in the third period Taylor Heise would score a pair of goals and Sophia Kunin to give Minnesota the 4-1 victory over Toronto to advance to the PWHL Final.

Florida Panthers v. Boston Bruins – Game 6 – 7p ET
In Boston for a very important Game 6, the Bruins would play host to the Florida Panthers, and in the first period Pavel Zacha would score to give the B’s the 1-0 lead. In the second period Anton Lundell would score to tie the game at one for the Panthers. Then in the third period Gustav Forsling would score late to give the Panthers the 2-1 victory over the Bruins to advance to the Eastern Conference Final.
On a Thursday night in Stanley Cup playoff hockey, it would be a comeback feeling as the Rangers advanced, and the Canucks got one game closer to the West Final

New York Rangers v. Carolina Hurricanes – Game 6 – 7p ET
In Raleigh, the Hurricanes look to stay alive for another night as they hosted the Rangers. In the first, Carolina took the 1-0 lead when Martin Necas scored his fourth. In the second, Seth Jarvis scored on the power play to put the Canes up 2-0 but then New York got on the board when Vincent Trocheck scored his sixth of the playoffs. Sebastian Aho then gave Carolina the two goal lead back with his fourth of the postseason. In the third, Chris Kreider scored three consecutive goals, the second on the power play, to put New York in the lead and then Barclay Goodrow scored the game winner on an empty net as the Rangers knock off the Hurricanes 5-3 to advance to the Eastern Conference Final.
