Game #1 – #4 Minnesota Whitecaps v. #2 Toronto Six
In Arizona for the Isobel Cup Championship game, the Toronto Six and Minnesota Whitecaps would go to battle for the PHF’s most ultimate prize. In the first period Dominika Laskova would score to give the Six the 1-0 lead. In the second period Breanne Wilson-Bennett would strike for the Six, but goals from Brittyn Fleming and Brooke Madsen would tie the game at two for the Whitecaps. Then in the third period Jonna Albers would score to give the Whitecaps their first lead of the game, but Taylor Woods would score to tie the game at three for the Six. Then in overtime Tereza Vanisova would force the turnover in the Whitecaps zone to score and give the Six the 4-3 overtime victory and their fist Isobel Cup in franchise history.
Finalists for the 2022-23 PHF Rookie of the Year award for the top first year player who joined immediately following their collegiate career without any pro experience:

Game #1 – #1 Boston Pride v. #4 Minnesota Whitecaps
In Boston for the first game of their semi-final series the Minnesota Whitecaps would “host” the Pride, and in the first period both teams would record a pair of goals as Ronja Mogren and Jonna Albers would score for the Whitecaps while Becca Gilmore and Loren Gabel would score for the Pride for the 2-2 tie. Then after a scoreless second period Sydney Brodt would score and Albers would net a pair of goals to complete the hat trick and give the Whitecaps the 5-2 victory over the Pride to take the 1-0 series lead.

In Toronto the second seeded Six would take on the third seed Connecticut Whale, and in the first period Justine Reyes and Melissa Samoskevich would score to give the Whale the 2-0 lead, but Emma Woods would score to get the Six on the board to get back within one. In the second period Lenka Serdar would score to regain the two goal lead for the Whale. Then in the third period Michela Cava would score a pair of goals for the Six, but a pair of goals from Taylor Girard would give the Whale the 5-3 victory to take the 1-0 series lead over the Six.
Back in Toronto for game two of their semi-final series the Six would look to force a game three against the Connecticut Whale, and in the first period Kennedy Marchment would score to give the Whale the 1-0 lead. In the second period Taylor Girard would score for the Whale, but a pair of goals from Brittany Howard would tie the game at two for the Six. Then after a scoreless third period Emma Woods would score to give the Six the 3-2 overtime victory to tie the series at one game a piece.
Game #2 – #4 Minnesota Whitecaps v. #1 Boston Pride
In Boston for game two of their semi-final series, the Minnesota Whitecaps would look to finish off the Pride, and in the first period Taylor Wenczkowski would open the scoring for the Pride, but goals from Jonna Albers and Brittyn Fleming would give the Whitecaps the 2-1 lead. Then after a scoreless second period Sidney Morin and Natalie Snodgrass would score to give the Whitecaps the 4-1 victory over the Pride to sweep the series two games to none and move on to the Isobel Cup Final in Tempe, AZ on March 26th.
Back in Toronto for game three of the semi-final matchup between the Six and the Connecticut Whale, and in the first period Michela Cava would score to give the Six the 1-0 lead. In the second period Leah Lum would score to grow the Six’s lead to two. Then in the third period Kati Tabin would score to give the Six the 3-0 victory over the Whale. Elaine Chuli would make 31 saves to earn the shutout victory.

Game #1 – Buffalo Beauts v. Metropolitan Riveters
In New Jersey the Metropolitan Riveters would play host to the Buffalo Beauts for the first game of their final weekend series of the regular season, and in the first period both teams would trade goals as Courtney Maud would open the scoring for the Beauts while Minttu Tuominen would strike for the Rivs and the 1-1 tie. In the second period Mikyla Grant-Mentis would score for the Beauts, but goals from Kelly Babstock and Madison Packer would give the Rivs the 3-2 lead. Then in the third period Amanda Pelkey and Fanni Garat-Gasparics would score to give the Riveters the 5-2 victory over the Beauts.

In Toronto the Boston Pride would take on the Six with the hopes of clinching first place in the PHF, and in the first period Christina Putigna would score for the Pride, but goals from Breanne Wilson-Bennett and Daryl Watts would give the Six the 2-1 lead. Then in the third period Loren Gabel and Olivia Zafuto would score to give the Pride the 3-2 victory over the Six to become the 2022-23 PHF Regular Season Champions.
Back in New Jersey the Metropolitan Riveters would play host to the Buffalo Beauts to close out the regular season, and in the first period Claudia Kepler would score to give the Beauts the 1-0 lead. In the second period Kendall Cornine and Madison Packer would score to give the Rivs the 2-1 lead. Then in the third period Courtney Maud would score for the Beauts to tie the game at two, but Fanni Garat-Gasparics would strike to give the Riveters the 3-2 victory over the Beauts.
Game #3 – Connecticut Whale v. Minnesota Whitecaps
In Minnesota the Whitecaps would play host to the Connecticut Whale, and after a scoreless first period Kennedy Marchment would score to give the Whale the 1-0 lead. Then in the third period Katerina Mrazova and Lenka Serdar would score to give the Whale the 3-0 victory over the Whitecaps and secure third place in the PHF standings.
Back in Toronto the Six would host the Boston Pride for their regular season finale, and in the first period Kayla Friesen would score for the Pride, but goals from Shiann Darkangelo, Daryl Watts, Brittany Howard, and Michela Cava would give the Six the commanding 4-1 lead. In the second period Olivia Zafuto and Sammy Davis would score to get the Pride back within one, but Breanne Wilson-Bennett would score to give the Six the two goal lead. Then in the third period Kali Flanagan would score for the Pride, but it would not be enough as the Six would hold on to defeat the Pride 5-4.
Game #2 – Connecticut Whale v. Minnesota Whitecaps
In Minnesota the Whitecaps would play host to the Connecticut Whale, and after a scoreless forty minutes Liz Schepers would score for the Whitecaps, but goals from Rachel Ade, Hannah Bates, and Janine Weber would score to give the Whale the 3-1 victory over the Whitecaps.
Make that six wins in a row to end the regular season! 🤜🤛
Madison Packer would record two goals and two assists for four points in two games played for the Metropolitan Riveters. Packer would record a goal and an assist in both games played against Buffalo which saw the Riveters win both games 5-2 and 3-2.
Second Star – Daryl Watts (TOR)
Daryl Watts would record two goals and an assist for three points in two games for the Toronto Six. Watts would score a goal in Toronto’s 3-2 loss to Boston on Saturday, but on Sunday she would record a goal and an assist in a 5-4 victory over the Pride.
Third Star – Abbie Ives (CTW)
Abbie Ives would play in one game for the Connecticut Whale and she would be perfect as she would stop all 25 shots faced as the Whale would shutout Minnesota 3-0.

Game #1 – Minnesota Whitecaps v. Boston Pride
In Boston the Pride would play host to the Minnesota Whitecaps, and in the first period Natalie Snodgrass would score to give the Whitecaps the 1-0 lead. In the second period Sydney Brodt would strike for the Whitecaps, but goals from Jillian Dempsey and Christina Putigna would tie the game at two for the Pride. Then in the third peirod Allie Thunstrom and McKenna Brand would score for the Pride, but goals from Liz Schelpers and Sydney Baldwin would tie the game at four for the Whitecaps. After a scoreless overtime period it would be Loren Gabel in the shootout to give the Pride the 5-4 victory over the Whitecaps.
Back in Boston for the second game of their weekend series the Pride would play host to the Minnesota Whitecaps, and in the first period Aneta Tejralova would score to give the Pride the 1-0 lead. In the second period Taylor House and Jillian Dempsey would score to grow the Pride’s lead to three. Then in the third period Jonna Albers would score for the Whitecaps, but goals from Allie Thunstrom and Christina Putigna would give the Pride the 5-1 victory over the Whitecaps.
In New Jersey the Metropolitan Riveters would play host to the Montreal Force for the first time, and in the first period Ebba Berglund would score for the Rivs to take the 1-0 lead. In the second period Kristina Shanahan would strike for the Force to tie the game at one. Then after a scoreless third period Sarah Bujold would score to give the Riveters the 2-1 victory over the Force.

In the extra frame Kennedy Marchment would score to give the Whale the 2-1 victory over the Beauts.

Then in the third period Summer-Rae Dobson would score for the Beauts, but goals from Caitrin Lonergan and Emma Keenan would give the Whale the 4-2 victory over the Beauts.
In New Jersey the Metropolitan Riveters would host Eli Manning and his daughters as they take on the Montreal Force, and in the first period Sarah Lefort would score to give the Force the 1-0 lead. In the second period Madison Packer and Minttu Tuominen would score to give the Rivs the 2-1 lead, but Catherine Dubois would score to tie the game at two for the Force. Then in the third period Dubois would net her second of the game for the Force, but Kendall Cornine and Sarah Bujold would score to give the Riveters the 4-3 victory over the Force.
Kennedy Marchment would continue to shine for the Connecticut Whale as she would record two goals and two assists in two games played which would extend her point streak to a record 16 straight games.
Second Star – Sarah Bujold (MET)
Sarah Bujold would record two goals and an assist for the Metropolitan Riveters in two games played which would see Bujold score both game winning goals for the Rivs.
Third Star – Jillian Dempsey (BOS)
Jillian Dempsey would also score two goals and an assist in two games played for the Boston Pride as she aided them in reclaiming first place in the PHF Standings.

Game #1 – Boston Pride v. Metropolitan Riveters
In New Jersey for some Friday night hockey the Metropolitan Riveters would play host to the Boston Pride, and in the first period Loren Gabel would open the scoring for the Pride, but Fanni Garat-Gasparics would score to tie the game at one for the Rivs. In the second period Kendal Cornine, Amanda Pelkey, and Minttu Tuominen would score to give the Rivs the 4-1 lead. Then in the third period Taylor Wenczkowski would score for the Pride, but a pair of goals from Kelly Babstock would give the Riveters the 6-2 victory over the Pride.

In Montreal the Buffalo Beauts would look to continue their winning ways as they face the Force, and in the first period Mikyla Grant-Mentis would net a pair of goals and Kristina Schuler would score to give the Beauts the 3-0 lead. Then after a scoreless second Jade Downie-Landry would score for the Force, but it would be too little, too late as the Beauts would defeat the Force 3-1.
In Minnesota the Whitecaps would go to battle with the Toronto Six, and after a scoreless first period Tereza Vanisova would score the lone goal of the game as the Six would defeat the Whitecaps 1-0. Elaine Chuli would stop all 36 shots faced to earn the shutout victory.
Back in Minnesota the Whitecaps would play host to the Toronto Six, and in the first period Natalie Snodgrass would open the scoring for the Whitecaps, but goals from Dominika Laskova, Tereza Vanisova, and Shiann Darkangelo would give the Six the 3-1 lead. In the second period Darkangelo and Laskova would both net their second of the game while Lexi Templeman would score to give the Six the 6-1 lead. Then in the third period Michela Cava would score to give the Six the 7-1 victory over the Whitecaps.

In Connecticut the Whale would host their final home game of the regular season as they take on the Metropolitan Riveters, and in the first period Taylor Girard would open the scoring for the Whale, but goals from Madison Packer and Minttu Tuominen would give the Rivs the 2-1 lead. Then after a scoreless second period Emilie Harley would score for the Rivs, but Girard would net her second of the game, Caitrin Lonergan would score, and Justine Reyes would net the hat trick to give the Whale the 6-3 victory over the Riveters.

Game #1 – Toronto Six v. Connecticut Whale
In Connecticut the Whale would play host to the Toronto Six, and in the first period Courtney Gardiner would open the scoring for the Six to take the 1-0 lead. In the second period Alyssa Wohlfeiler would score for the Whale, but goals from Shiann Darkangelo, Leah Lum, and Lexi Templeman would give the Six the 4-1 lead. Then in the third period Taylor Dirard and Caitrin Lonergan would score for the Whale, but Emma Woods would score to give the Six the 5-3 victory over the Whale.
In Minnesota the Buffalo Beauts would come to town to take on the Whitecaps, and in the first period Mikyla Grant-Mentis and Emma Nuutinen would score to give the Beauts the 2-0 lead. In the second period Nuutinen would net her second of the game for the Beauts to grow their lead to three, but a pair of goals from Sydney Baldwin would get the Whitecaps back within one. Then in the third period Grant-Mentis would net her second of the game to give the Beauts the 4-2 victory over the Whitecaps.
In Boston the Pride would take on the Montreal Force, and after a scoreless first period Loren Gabel and Christina Putigna would score to give the Pride the 2-0 lead. Then in the third period Ann-Sophie Bettez would score for the Force, but goals from Allie Thunstrom and Sammy Davis would give the Pride the 4-1 victory over the Force.
Back in Connecticut the Whale would take on the Toronto Six for the second game of their weekend series, and in the first period both teams would record a pair of goals as Caitrin Lonergan and Allie Munroe would strike for the Whale while Kati Tabin and Michela Cava would score for the Six for the 2-2 tie. In the second period both teams would get two goals each again as Melissa Samoskevich and Amanda Conway would score for the Whale, and Emma Woods and Leah Lum would score for the Six. Then in the third period Smaoskevich would net her second of the game and Taylor Girard would score to give the Whale the 6-4 victory over the Six.
In Minnesota the Whitecaps would look to bounce back against the Buffalo Beauts, and after a scoreless first period Jenna Suokko would score the lone goal for the Beauts to defeat the Whitecaps 1-0 and sweep the weekend series.
In Boston the Pride and Montreal Force would go back to battle, and in the first period Jillian Dempsey would score for the Pride to take the 1-0 lead. In the second period Jade Downie-Landry would score to tie the game at one for the Force. Then in the third period Kaleigh Fratkin would score late in the game to give the Pride the 2-1 victory over the Force.
The PHF announced that in Boston and Toronto the Isobel Cup Playoffs will be held for the semifinals.
Both semifinal matchups will be a best of three series and will take place from Thursday, March 16th to Sunday, March 20th.
The semifinal series in Boston will begin on Thursday, March 16th while the semifinal series in Toronto will begin on Friday, March 17th.
The Isobel Cup Final will take place on Sunday, March 26th at a neutral site location to be announced.
The Premier Hockey Federation has announced that the 2023 Isobel Cup Playoffs will feature the league’s top four teams competing in best-of-three series in Boston and Toronto March 16-20.
Corinne Schroeder would go a perfect 2-0 with a .978 save percentage for the Boston Pride. Schroeder would open the weekend with a 39 save performance in a 4-1 victory over Montreal. Then on Sunday she would record 49 saves in a 2-1 victory over Montreal to sweep the weekend series.
Second Star – Samantha Ridgewell (BUF)
Samantha Ridgewell would be perfect in her first start of the season for the Buffalo Beauts. She would stop all 31 shots faced in a 1-0 victory over Minnesota on Sunday to earn her first career PHF victory and shutout.
Third Star – Michela Cava (TOR)
Michela Cava would record a goal and three assists for four points in two games played for the Toronto Six. Cava would open up the weekend with two assists in a 5-3 victory over the Connecticut Whale, and then on Sunday she would record a goal and an assist in a 6-4 loss to the Whale.

Game #1 – Montreal Force v. Toronto Six
In Toronto the Montreal Force would come to town to face the Six for another Battle of Canada, and after a scoreless first period Samantha Isbell would score to give the Force the 1-0 lead. Then in the third period Sarah Lefort and Ann-Sophie Bettez would score to give the Force the 3-0 victory over the Six.
Back in Toronto for the second game of their weekend series the Six and the Montreal Force would go back to battle, and in the first period Shiann Darkangelo would score to give the Six the 1-0 lead, but Alexandra Labelle would score to tie the game at one for the Force. Then in the second period Breanne Wilson-Bennett would score to give the Six the 2-1 victory over the Force.
Tricia Deguire would record the first shutout in Montreal Force history as she would record a 39 save 3-0 victory over the Toronto Six on Saturday. Then she would make 22 saves in a 2-1 loss to the Six.
Second Star – Elaine Chuli (TOR)
Elaine Chuli would make 31 saves in the Toronto Six’s 3-0 loss to Montreal on Saturday, but she would find herself in the win column with a 23 save performance in a 2-1 victory over Montreal on Sunday.
Third Star – Alexandra Labelle (MON)
Alexandra Labelle would continue her stellar season for the Montreal Force as she would record an assist in Montreal’s 3-0 victory over Toronto on Saturday. Then on Sunday she would record the lone goal for the Force in their 2-1 loss to Toronto.

Then after a scoreless second period Liz Schepers, Sidney Morin, and Brittyn Fleming would score to give the Whitecaps the 4-1 victory over the Force.
In Boston the Pride would close out their weekend by hosting the Connecticut Whale, and in the first period Loren Gabel and Taylor House would score for the Pride to take the 2-0 lead, but Alyssa Wohlfeiler would score to get the Whale on the board and back within one. In the second period Gabel would net her second of the game and Jillian Dempsey would score to give the Pride the 4-1 lead. Then in the third period Caitrin Lonegran would score for the Whale, but a tally from Elizabeth Giguere would score to give the Pride the 5-2 victory over the Whale.
Back in Toronto the Six would take on the Buffalo Beauts for the second game of their weekend series, and in the first period both teams would net a pair of goals as Emma Nuutinen and Madi Nichols would score for the Beauts while Lexi Templeman and Brianne Wilson-Bennett would score for the Six for the 2-2 tie. In the second period Shiann Darkangelo, Brooke Boquist, and Emma Woods would score to give the Six the 5-2 lead. Then in the third period Daryl Watts and Michela Cava would score to give the Six the dominating 7-2 victory over the Beauts.
In Montreal for a rare Monday afternoon game the Force would play host to the Minnesota Whitecaps, and in the first period Ann-Sophie Bettez would strike for the Force, but goals from Brittyn Fleming and Ashleigh Brykaliuk would give the Whitecaps the 2-1 lead. In the second period Denisa Krizova would score to give the Whitecaps the two goal lead. Then in the third period Alexandra Labelle would score to get the Force back within one, but it wouldn’t be enough as the Whitecaps would hold on to defeat the Force 3-2.
In two games played for the Boston Pride Loren Gabel would record three goals and four assists for seven points. In Saturday’s 5-0 victory over Metropolitan Gabel would record a goal and two assists. Then on Sunday in a5-2 victory over Connecticut she would record two goals and two assists.
Second Star – Shiann Darkangelo (TOR)
Shiann Darkangelo would record three goals and one assist in two games played for the Toronto Six. She would record two goals in a 3-0 victory over Buffalo on Saturday, and then on Sunday to close out the weekend series she would record a goal and an assist in a 7-2 victory over Buffalo.
Third Star – Corinne Schroeder (BOS)
Corinne Schroeder would go a perfect 2 for 2 as she would stop 82 of the 84 shots that she would face for the weekend for the Boston Pride. Schroeder would open the weekend with 34 saves in a 3-0 shutout victory over Metropolitan on Saturday, and then on Sunday she would make 48 saves in a 5-2 victory over Connecticut.

Game #1 – Montreal Force v. Connecticut Whale
In the lone regular season game of the weekend the Connecticut Whale would play host the Montreal Force, and after a scoreless first period Melissa Samoskevich would open the scoring and Lenka Serdar would strike to give the Whale the 2-0 lead. Then in the third period Alexandra Labelle would score to get the Force on the board, but empty net goals from Caitrin Lonergan and Katerina Mrazova would give the Whale the 4-1 victory over the Force.
Game #1 – All-Star Weekend – Team USA v. Team Canada v. Team World
In Toronto the PHF All Star festivities would take place, and in the first game we would see Team USA take on Team Canada. Both teams would score as Loren Gabel would open the scoring for the Canadians while Patti Marshall would score for the Americans for the 1-1 tie. In the shootout Brittany Howard would score to give Team Canada the 2-1 victory over Team USA.
In the second matchup Team Canada would take on Team World, and while Loren Gabel would net her second of the All Star festivities for the Canadians, goals from Leah Lum and Denisa Krizova would give Team World the 2-1 victory over Team Canada.
In the third game Team USA would take on Team World, and Fanni Garat-Gasparics would shine as she would net the hat trick for Team World to take the 3-2 victory over Team USA. Taylor Girard and Jillian Dempsey would score for the Americans in the loss.
Then in the All Star Championship Game Team World would faceoff with Team Canada, and to open the scoring Fanni Garat-Gasparics would strike for Team World to take the 1-0 lead. A few minutes later Brittany Howard would score for the Canadians to tie the game at one, but Anna Kilponen would score for Team World to reclaim their one goal lead. Then later in the period Loren Gabel would net her third of the tournament and Jade Downie-Landry would score the winner as Team Canada would go on to defeat Team World 3-2 to claim the All Star Championship.
Team Canada picks up the All-Star Championship on home soil 🇨🇦🏆
For Team Canada, Boston Pride defender Kaleigh Fratkin would be named captain.
Going into the All Star Weekend the captains would be announced.
Fratkin is now a 5-time All-Star and first-time captain. She’s played in all 8 PHF seasons accumulating 129 games to date which is the second most in league history. The 30-year-old from Burnaby, British Columbia is a 2-time Defender of the Year Award Winner ⭐️ pic.twitter.com/pueqYBqSd0
Connecticut Whale forward Katerina Mrazova would be named captain for Team World.
Mrázová is the only player on Team World with PHF All-Star experience that dates back to the 2019 game in Nashville. The 30-year-old from Praha, Czechia has an extensive IIHF resume. She notably helped her country win bronze at the 2022 IIHF Women’s World Championship! ⭐️ pic.twitter.com/1BQiBjTAUw
Forward Madison Packer of the Metropolitan Riveters would be named captain of Team USA.
Madison Packer will be making a record sixth All-Star appearance in Toronto and will serve as an All-Star captain for the second time following the 2020 event in Boston. The 31-year-old forward from Detroit, MI has now served as Riveters captain for four seasons. ⭐️ pic.twitter.com/1sGUlECCZM

Game #1 – Connecticut Whale v. Toronto Six
In Toronto the Six would play host to the Connecticut whale, and in the first period both teams would record a pair of goals as Breanne Wilson-Bennett and Brittany Howard would strike for the Six while Emma Vlasic and Melissa Samoskevich would score for the Whale for the 2-2 tie. In the second period both Wilson-Bennett and Howard would both would net their second of the game while Tereza Vanisova would score a pair of goals to give the Six the 6-2 lead. Then in the third period Caitrin Lonergan and Emma Keenan would score for the Whale, but Shiann Darkangelo would score to give the Six the 7-4 victory over the Whale.
In Montreal the Boston Pride would take on the Force for the first time in Canada, and in the first period Loren Gabel would net a pair of goals to give the Pride the 2-0 lead. Then after a scoreless second period Gabel would net two more goals to complete the hat trick plus one, and Christina Putigna would score to give the Pride the 5-0 victory over the Force.
In Buffalo the Beauts would play host to the Metropolitan Riveters, and in the first period Whitney Dove and Jessica Healey would score for the Beauts to take the 2-0 lead, but Minttu Tuominen would score to get the Rivs on the board and back within one. In the second period Courtney Maud would score to give the Beauts their two goal lead back. Then in the third period Claudia Kepler would strike to give the Beauts the 4-1 victory over the Riveters, and end their ten game losing streak.
The Beauts look to build off a huge win while the Rivs need a weekend split!
Back in Montreal for the second game of their weekend series as the Force would battle the Boston Pride, and after a scoreless first period Taylor Baker would score to give the Force the 1-0 lead. Then in the third period Loren Gabel would score for the Pride to tie the game at one to force overtime. In the extra frame Jade Downie-Landry would score to give the Force the 2-1 overtime victory over the Pride.

In Buffalo the Beauts would look to continue with their strong play as they take on the Metropolitan Riveters, and in the first period Courtney Maud would strike for the Beauts to take the 1-0 lead. In the second period Mikyla Grant-Mentis would score for the Beauts, but a pair of goals from Kelly Babstock would tie the game at two for the Rivs. Then in the third period Madison Packer would net a pair of goals and Minttu Tuominen, Kendall Cornine, Reagan Rust, and Sarah Bujold would all score for the Riveters to defeat the Beauts in dominating fashion 8-2.
In Toronto the Six would take on the Connecticut Whale for the second game of their weekend series, and in the first period Alyssa Wohlfeiler would score for the Whale to take the 1-0 lead. In the second period Kennedy Marchment and Caitrin Lonergan would score to grow the Whale’s lead to three. Then in the third period Brittany Howard would score for the Six, but Marchment’s second of the game would give the Whale the 4-1 victory over Six.
The PHF announced that they have suspended Boston Pride defender Olivia Zafuto.
Zafuto would be suspended for two games after review by the Player Safety Committee.
Zafuto would miss the weekend series against Montreal.
The PHF has announced that Boston’s Olivia Zafuto has been suspended for two games following automatic review of her major penalty incurred Jan 15 vs Buffalo. The supplemental discipline was determined by the Player Safety Committee and will apply to games vs Montreal Jan 21/22.
Loren Gabel would record five goals in two games played for the Boston Pride. Gabel’s weekend would start hot as fire as she would record four goals in a 5-0 victory over Montreal on Saturday. Then on Sunday Gabel would record Boston’s lone goal in a 2-1 overtime loss to Montreal.
Second Star – Kennedy Marchment (CTW)
Kennedy Marchment would record six goals and an assist for seven points in four games played for the Connecticut Whale. Marchement would record a goal on Tuesday night in a 3-0 victory over Buffalo, and then on Wednesday she would record a hat trick in a 7-3 victory over Buffalo. On Saturday she would record an an assist in a 7-4 loss to Toronto, but Marchment would record two goals on Sunday in a 4-1 victory over Montreal to close out her weekend.
Third Star – Brittany Howard (TOR)
Brittany Howard would record three goals and two assists for five points in two games played for the Toronto Six. On Saturday Howard would open the weekend with two goals and two assists in a 7-4 victory over Connecticut. Then to close out the weekend Howard would record a goal in a 4-1 loss to Connecticut on Sunday.
