    • Washington Capitals v. Edmonton Oilers – 830p ET
      • In Edmonton, the Capitals look to escape with their first win in Edmonton since the 2017-18 season. After a scoreless first, Edmonton takes the 1-0 lead when Brett Kulak strikes with his first of the season but then Lars Eller evens it up with his fourth of the season. Connor McDavid then scores a shorthanded goal, his 22nd goal of the year, to give the Oilers the lead once again but then T.J. Oshie ties the contest up when he strikes on the extra man advantage, his fourth goal of the year. In the third, Nic Dowd nets his fourth of the year as the Capitals escape with the 3-2 win over the Oilers.
    • Arizona Coyotes v. Calgary Flames – 9p ET
      • In the Saddledome, Calgary hosts the Coyotes for the lone time on the year. In the first, Dillon Dube scores his fifth of the year to give the Flames the 1-0 lead and then Elias Lindholm scores on the power play, his ninth of the year, to give Calgary the 2-0 lead. In the second, Arizona gets on the board when Shayne Gostisbehere scores his fifth of the year. In the third, Arizona ties it up with Jakob Chychrun’s third of the year and then Nazem Kadri’s ninth of the year, on the power play, gives the Flames the 3-2 win over the Coyotes.
    • Montreal Canadiens v. Vancouver Canucks – 1030p ET
      • In Western Canada, Vancouver hosts Montreal in a Canadian rivalry match-up. In the first, Montreal takes the 1-0 lead when Cole Caufield scores his 14th of the year and then Nick Suzuki makes it a 2-0 Montreal lead when he scores his 14th of the year. A Sean Monahan goal, his sixth of the season, gives the Habs the 3-0 lead and then Montreal takes the commanding 4-0 lead when Michael Pezzetta scores his first of the season. In the second, Vancouver gets on the board when Conor Garland scores his fourth of the year and then Ilya Mikheyev nets his seventh of the year to bring the Canucks within two. In the third, Bo Horvat scores his 20th of the year and then Ilya Mikheyev scores his second of the night to even this contest 4-4. Jack Studnicka then scores his second of the year to give the Canucks their first lead of the night. Montreal then ties it up when Christian Dvorak scores his fifth goal and then the Habs re-take the lead when a goal is credited to Josh Anderson. Vancouver then makes this a 6-6 game when Andrei Kuzmenko nets his 12th of the year on the power play. In overtime, Elias Pettersson scores his 12th of the year as the Canucks defeat the Canadiens 7-6.

    Today the National Hockey League announced their Three Stars of the Week for the week of November 28th through December 4th.

    First Star – Connor McDavid (C – EDM)

    • Connor McDavid would continue his amazing season with five goals and six assists for 11 points in four games played for the Edmonton Oilers. To start the week McDavid would record a goal and two assists in a 403 victory over Florida on Nov. 28th, and on Nov. 30th he would record a goal and an assist in a 5-4 victory over Chicago. Then on Dec. 1st against Minnesota he would also record a goal and an assist in a 5-3 loss, and to finish the week McDavid would record two goals and two assists in a 5-3 victory over Montreal.

    • Dylan Cozens would record four goals and five assists for nine points in four games for the Buffalo Sabres.       • In Calgary the Flames would play host to the Montreal Canadiens, and in the first period Juraj Slafkovsky would score 13 seconds into the game to give the Habs the 1-0 lead.
